Moderator: Olexiy Soshenko. the managing partner and Head of the Banking and Finance practice of Redcliffe Partners. He specialises in international finance and capital markets transactions. Olexiy has more than 17 years of experience in representing investment banks, international financial institutions and borrowers on all types of syndications and secured finance transactions, and private and public securities offerings. Before founding Redcliffe Partners, Olexiy practised law in Kyiv, Warsaw and London offices of Clifford Chance.
